My name is Olga Papadimitri, and I am a practicing advocate in Cyprus and the founder of O. Papadimitri LLC. .
Although I am not originally from Cyprus, I am a fully licensed member of the Cyprus Bar Association. I bring to my practice a strong international perspective and deep understanding of the Cypriot legal system—particularly valuable for Russian-speaking clients and those navigating cross-border legal matters.
I hold a degree in Private International Law from the Faculty of International Relations at Belarus State University, and a Master’s degree in International and European Law from the European Humanities University in Vilnius, Lithuania. I am currently working on a dissertation titled “The Right to Free Movement in the EU and Cyprus”.
After relocating to Nicosia in 2007, I began my legal career at one of the largest and most respected law firms in Cyprus. While working full-time, I also prepared for the Cyprus Bar exams, which are conducted entirely in Greek. I successfully passed all ten core legal subjects on my first attempt and ranked among the top twenty candidates.
In 2012, I moved to Limassol, where I had the opportunity to work alongside legal professionals from Switzerland and the United Kingdom. This experience allowed me to broaden my legal mindset and implement international standards in my practice.
Since 2019, I have been an official licensed liquidator in Cyprus, having successfully passed the relevant exams and obtained certification from the authorities.
I am also a certified mediator in both commercial and family disputes. This qualification enables me to help clients resolve conflicts efficiently and amicably, without the need for lengthy court proceedings—saving them time, stress, and financial resources.
Starting my own law firm was a natural and empowering step in my career. It has allowed me to provide more personalized, flexible, and results-driven legal support, while fostering lasting client relationships.
To me, the legal profession is more than just a job—it's a calling that reflects my personal values and passion for helping others. I see legal work as a creative process, where solving complex problems brings not only professional satisfaction, but emotional reward as well.
